1) 4 Tablespoon of Extra virgin Coconut oil2) 4 Tablespoon of Petroleum jelly ( white Vaseline)
3) 1 and half tsp of Vitamin E oil ya Vitamin E capsules extracts
4) A slice of your favorite Colored Lip-stick (if you’d like to add a slight tint to the balm) .
5) Plastic Lip blam container
6) 25 Drops of Vanilla essential oil or whatever scent you prefer-----(use essential oil for Fragrance) ( OPTIONAL)
Place coconut oil, vaseline and vitamin e oil/ extracts in a container and melted them in a Double boiler...Stir them well with a spoon....
After all of these are melted together add the Essential oil and Lip-stick and stir well for a while and let them melt totally....
Once the Balm is scented and colored to your liking, carefully pour it into Container and keep it in freezer and freeze it, to cool fully
