Foot Scrub and all body scrub for Full Body Whitening

Ingredients:

Epsom salt – 1 tbsp
Sweet almond oil – 1 tsp
Aloe Vera gel – 1 tsp
Barley flour – 1 tbsp
Milk – as required
Face scrub – 1 tube (any brand)
Method:
Mix all above ingredients and make scrub. Apply this scrub 3 times in a week on your face, feet and full body. This scrub will make your skin glow and give you a fair complexion. This scrub is suitable for all types of skin; even men can use this scrub.

Lemon Body Scrub

Sweet and salty cocktail helps clean dull skin and give it a shine. Again, salt dry skin (for oily, dry - is to try the same recipe, but with sugar) and lemon juice can whiten the skin, helping to fight pigmentation. Still kept asking how to get rid of freckles on the body? This means, of course, contribute to your goals.


Recipe Lemon Body Scrub:

1 step. 5, Art. tablespoons of sea salt mixed with 1 tbsp. of butter (recipe in different variations are different oils, I suggest to use almond, and ideally - avocado).

Step 2. When the salt absorbs the oil, add the juice of half a lemon, or a few drops of lemon essential oil. You can add zest.

Step 3. Massage lightly rub the scrub into the skin of the whole body, massage the problem areas, and rinse thoroughly with water.


plz Do not use scrub when damaged, sensitive or irritated skin.

How to Make a Cellulite Body Scrub

This cellulite body scrub helps to treat cellulite. This cellulite body scrub also helps to prevent future cellulite in the areas it's applied to. I suggest using this cellulite body scrub treatment 2-3 times per week, but it can be used more frequently for more severe cases of cellulite

Things You'll Need
1/2 Cup of Ground Cornmeal
1/2 Cup of Ground Oatmeal
1 Tablespoon of Dead Sea Salt
10 Drops of Mandarin Oil
4 Drops of Juniper Oil
3 Drops of Lemon Oil
3 Drops of Cypress Oil

Instructions
1. Pour the cornmeal, oatmeal and dead sea salt into a glass jar.

2. Drop in the mandarin oil, juniper oil, lemon oil and cypress oil. After you have added all of the oils, use a wooden spoon or spatula to stir the mixture together gently.

3. Put the lid over the mixture and store in the fridge. I suggest storing it in the fridge between uses. Don't store directly under the fridge light though, because this can break down the essential oils and weaken them.

4. To use, take about a teaspoon of the mixture and massage over damp skin in the area affected by cellulite. Use more of the mixture as needed, focusing on one area of cellulite at a time.

5. If you're using it to prevent cellulite, massage into the areas usually affected by cellulite, such as the thighs and buttocks.

FAIRNESS BODY OIL

INGREDIENTS ARE - - -

50 ml Olive oil or Pure Coconut oil or Sweet Almond oil
1 Teaspoon of Lemon juice or Carrot juice
8 - 10 strands of Saffron (Keshar /zafran)

Soak saffron in oil for overnight. Next day mix lemon juice or carrot juice to it. Shake well, your Body Oil is ready to use. Massage your skin with it regularly for best result.

BLEACH YOUR SKIN NATURALLY

Here I'm going to mention some face packs , can use this to bleach your skin--

HONEY AND LEMON JUICE BLEACH-----

1 teaspoon Honey
1 and half teaspoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon milk powder

Mix well and apply on your face and neck, leave it for about 20mins and rinse well.

TOMATO AND LEMON JUICE BLEACH------

1tablespoon tomato juice or paste
1teaspoon lemon juice

Mix well. Apply this mixture on your skin with a help of a cotton ball. Leave it on your skin for 20mins and rinse well... SENSITIVE SKIN PERSON AVOID THIS..

CUCUMBER JUICE AND RAW POTATO JUICE BLEACH------

1 teaspoon Cucumber juice
1teaspoon Raw potato juice
Few drops lemon juice

Mix well and apply on your skin , wait for about 20mins and rinse well with water. Can use it on regular basis.

BAKING SODA AND UNBOILED MILK BLEACH------

Half teaspoon Baking Soda
1teaspoon unboiled milk

Mix well. Apply on your skin and wait for about 2 mins. Rinse thoroughly with water and apply moisturizer.

NOTE--- DO NOT GO OUTDOOR UNDER SUNLIGHT AFTER USING THESE PACK.

KEEP YOUR BODY HYDRATED , TOXIN FREE AND GET FLAT TUMMY -- BY DRINKING LEMON -GINGER DETOX WATER

Ingredients are

2 Litre water
1 Medium size lemon
1 Medium size cucumber ( cut it in pieces )
Half inch sized ginger
Pinch of salt
10-15 Fresh mint leaves ( pudina ke patte )
1/4Th teaspoon sugar (optional-- I add this to make the water tasty, you can skip it)

Put cucumber, mint leaves, ginger in juicer or if you use blender then put these in blender and blend, strain the juice. Now add lemon juice, salt and sugar in it. Mix and stir well.

Add water, stir well. Your Detox water is ready. I always keep this water in my water bottle.

Drink 1 glass of this DETOX water in empty stomach every day, and drink it throughout the day, from morning to evening.

This detox water removes bad toxin from body, reduce belly fat, keep your body cool, make your skin glowing and yes it is control PMS ( Premenstrual syndrome ) .This water improve your digestive system also...

Fresh orange peel of an orange
Water soaked almond badam 4-5 (soak them in water for over night)
1 tomato (cut into pieces )
Half Carrot (peeled and cut into pieces)
1 raw potato (peeled)
2 tablespoon of thick yogurt(sour cud/dahi)
2-3 pieces of white slice bread
All purpose flour (Mayda-- for winter season)...in summer use whole wheat flour(ata) or gramflour(besan)
Half cup milk

Add orange peel,tomato,carrot, almonds ,milk and bread slices in a mixie /blender...make a thick fine paste...

You can store this paste for 4-5days,just keep it in an air tight container and store it in refrigerator...

Before use this---

Take sufficient quantity of the paste and add potato paste mayda and dahi to it....Apply this paste all over body ( hands,legs,feet,arms,thighs,back,hips), face and neck.....Wait for 20mins..Rub gently with wet palm and rinse well with water.... Within a week you will see the difference..

Along with it---- Soak 5-6saffron strands in 1and half tablespoon unboiled milk, wait for 30mins and apply this yellowish saffron milk all over your face and neck with a cotton ball...Wait 15-20mins and rinse well with water...Do this on regular basis at night before going to bed.....

Follow these and tell me the results.

FACE AND BODY PACK FOR WINTER

This is a Multi Beneficial FACE AND BODY PACK.......It not only gives your skin a Squeaky Clean and Brighter tone, also Tighten your skin Pores and Reduce Wrinkles from skin..You can use this pack to remove your Under Eye Dark Circles too.....
To make this you need-----

Half cup Red Masoor daal ( RED LENTIL)
1cup Fresh Orange peel (clean it with tap water before use it)
1Medium sized Carrot
10-12 Almonds
1 And half inch sized Raw Turmeric
White refined flour ---as needed
Yogurt--- as needed
Milk-- half cup

Before apply this pack, add Yogurt , white refined flour and oil to it and make a thick paste....
Apply it all over your face and body and leave it for 20-25 minutes... Then gently rub with wet palm and wash off and apply moisturizer.......
Don;t use any soap or face wash for atleast 2-3 hrs after use this pack..........
Pimple prone skin person can skip the turmeric..

MAKE YOUR OWN MOISTURIZING NIGHT LOTION ( for face and body )

Ideal for Winter Season-----



Ingredients are-----

3-4 Tablespoon of Glycerin
3-4 Tablespoon of Rose water
1 And half Tablespoon of Lemon juice
1 Tablespoon of Sweet Almond oil


Mix all the ingredients very well and store it in a clean and dry Bottle......You can store it for about 15-18 days, keep it in fridge....Shake well before use it....

Apply it on your skin at night to get soft supple and glowing skin......


Note---

If you feel the lotion is too sticky add more rose water to it till you feel it is ideal for you. ..

If your skin have any problem with lemon juice, add cucumber juice to it, instead of lemon juice...

As this lotion recipe can last for 15-18 days, so you can prepare appropriate quantity and store it in the refrigerator.

GET A GLOWING SKIN WITH FRESH ORANGE PEEL

This is a Face and Body pack---


Ingredients are---

Fresh Orange peels of an orange
Milk - as needed
1 Teaspoon Raw Turmeric paste or Ambi haldi ( kasturi manjal/ daruharidra/ tree turmeric)
Gram flour (besan) --as needed (for oily skin)
White refined flour (Mayda)-- as needed ( for dry skin)


Put fresh orange peels, raw turmeric and milk in a mixie and make a fine paste.....Add white flour or besan and make a paste form....After cleanse your skin , apply this pack and leave it for about 20-25 minutes....Wash off with water and apply moisturizer....


In WINTER add 1 teaspoon almond oil or Honey to this pack..

FACE AND BODY SCRUB (FOR ALL TYPE OF SKIN)

Ingredients are

To make 100 grams powder-----You need--


40 Grams. Pea-Nut powder( Mumfali powder)
25 Grams Red Lentil powder (Masoor daal powder)
15 Grams Dried Orange Peel powder
10 Grams Chickpea Flour
10 Grams Ambi Haldi powder ( Kasturi manjal / Daru-haridra / Tree turmeric)
A clean Air Tight Container to store


Make all the ingredients in a powder form and store them in a container......You can store this for about 3-6 months.....


Before bath take sufficient quantity of this powder and add Some Water and Raw milk ya Yogurt ya Almond oil ya AD VITAMIN OIL ya Tomato pulp...Whatever suits your skin type , to make the powder a smooth paste form.......

Apply and rub for about 2-3 minutes and wash off..........Do this regularly to get FLAWLESS SMOOTH SKIN.............

SKIN CLARIFYING AND DE-TANING FACE AND BODY PACK WITH RED LENTIL( RED MASOOR DAAL)

For Oily skin---


Masoor daal( soaked in water for over night and next day grind them to make paste form)
Tomato pulp
Raw potato pulp
Little gramflour( besan)

Mix them well and after apply to your skin with gentle circular motion...leave it for 15/20min and wash off with water......Can use it for every alternate day in Summer....

For Dry skin---

Masoor daal (soak them in milk for 4/5 hrs and grind them to make a paste form)
Tomato pulp
Raw potato pulp
Yogurt (dahi---use 1 or 2 days old dahi)
Little Vitamin E oil / Baby oil/ Almond oil

Mix all the ingredients and apply it...leave it for 15/20 mins, Lightly rub and wash off with water.....Use it once a week..

Sensitive skin person add Fresh Aloe vera gel to this pack instead of Tomato pulp and don't rub.

LEMON FOR TREATING BODY ODOR

As we know, body odor is one thing that really disturb in our appearance... Well, with the efficasy of lemon we can reduce body odor..Here I mention the process------

Use 1/2 a lemon and baking soda enough to make a paste. Apply to under arms for 5-10 mins. Then shower...

Or can just rub the lemon slices to under arms for 5-10mins before bath....

You will notice NO MORE SMELL and less sweating in the armpits

FAIRNESS BODY OIL

For 100ml oil------ 40ml Pure Almond Oil , 40ml Olive Oil ,10ml Arachis Oil( Peanut oil) , 10ml Soya bean Oil.... 1tbsp Fresh Orange Peels , 1tsp Daruharidra Powder( Kasturi Manjal/ Tree Turmeric) , Half cup of Fresh Rose Petals (dont use the hybrids) ,1 tsp Dried Cucumber Seeds and 1 tsp Fenugreek seeds.

1 Vessel and Strainer.


Mix Olive and almond oil in a vessel and pour all the herbs in it..... keep this for 2 days Under the sun light......then put this vessel on a gas oven and heat the mixture for a low flame until the petals change their color....Bring it down from oven and let this for sometimes and allow the oil to come to room temperature ...Then strain it...

Mix the other oil to it.....You can keep it for a month....

Before bath massage your face/ body with this oil for 10 mins......Can use it after bath also.

BODY ODOUR

Have you noticed people holding their breaths or rubbing their noses in your presence? Do they then shy away from you? Read on.

Everybody perspires, some more than others. However, with so many options in the market, there is just no reason for you to subject others to your b.o. and thus invite criticism or sniggers. Here's what you can do.


Clothes

Wash your clothes everyday. Never repeat the same outfit without washing it first. Body odour always lingers on clothes, and even it you cannot smell the odour at once, other may be able to, especially when it comes into contact with fresh perspiration. This is especially true in the winter. People often don't wash their clothes regularly in the winter and in cold climes since they feel that they hardly perspire at all. In any case, when wearing layers of clothes one feels that there is little chance of any lingering smell. After all, the last thing you would expect to have a smell is your jacket, since it is worn above clothes. But it does smell, so make sure you wash all your clothes, sweaters and undergarments regularly even in the winter. In any case any garment that comes in direct contact with your skin should be washed when you remove it, if you have worn it for an extended period of time during the day.

Wearing something sleeveless only makes the smell more pronounced. Try to wear a shirt with sleeves as often as possible.


Antiperspirant

Make it a point to wear an antiperspirant everyday before stepping out. For some people, roll-ons work the best. Cover your entire underarm area with the roll-on. If you tend to sweat a lot, carry the roll-on with you and apply it again during the course of the day. Alternatively, carry a deodorant spray with you and spray your underarms and clothes a couple of times during the day. There is absolutely no reason for you to smell bad.


Home remedies

Some people swear by vinegar as an effective home remedy for underarm odour. Dilute a little vinegar in water, dip a cotton swab in it, and roll over the underarm area. Try this and see if it works for you. However, don't apply vinegar on freshly shaved skin as it may sting. If you are apprehensive about using an antiperspirant everyday because of rumours linking it with causing breast cancer, vinegar could be an alternative. Certain research suggests that regular use of antiperspirants could cause cancer, while other studies and the companies manufacturing these products dismiss such findings as rubbish. But there are many people who would rather give their bodies a break from antiperspirants every now and again. If you too prefer home remedies to artificial and chemical alternatives, even though they may not necessarily be harmful, you could try applying diluted vinegar and see if it cuts odour.

You could also try diluting baking soda (not baking powder) with water and rubbing it on to your underarm region. Adjust the quantity of baking soda according to your needs.


Difference between antiperspirants and deodorants

Do you want to smell good, or feel dry, is the question you need to ask yourself when selecting either a deo or an antiperspirant.

As the name suggests, antiperspirants block pores and prevent the secretion of perspiration. Hence if there is no perspiration, there is no odour. This action gives rise of theories of health hazards of antiperspirants. Deodorants on the other hand contain antiseptic agents, which kill bacteria that cause odour.
