Combine 2-3 tablespoons honey and ½ cup plain uncooked oatmeal in a bowl. Add 2 tablespoons rose water, (or spring water) and mix well. Spread honey and oatmeal mixture on both legs. Wait for 10 minutes and gently rub your legs in circular motions while rinsing off with warm water. Do not use hot water as it robs your skin of its natural protective oils, leading to dry itchy skin. Pat dry with a towel and finish with a slather of rich body lotion.
