Ingredients:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 cup warm water (you may need more or less)
Directions:
Combine all flour, salt, sugar, baking powder, olive oil and water until it forms a dough (you may need to add a little flour or water if needed to achieve a smooth dough).
Let rest for 10 minutes.
Divide dough into eight portions and let it rest. On a lightly floured surface, roll each portion into a 7-in. circle.
In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray or teaspoon olive oil, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned.
