FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO GET A THICK AND LUSTROUS HAIR

THIS IS A TOTAL PACKAGE OF HAIR CARE ----------

THIS PROCEDURE WILL ARREST YOUR HAIR FALL ALSO--------

Step 1 ---

Apply Red Onion juice ( sambar onion/ chachi piyaj) on your scalp with a cotton ball , gently massage and leave it for 30 minutes...After then Apply warm Castor oil+ Coconut oil mixture or Castor oil+ Sweet almond oil or Castor oil+Olive oil mixture....

Castor oil and coconut/olive/sweet almond oil ratio should be 1:2

You can apply warm Sesame oil( til tail) on your scalp and hair ...

Apply onion juice and oil atleast THRICE a week......

Step 2 -------

Leave this oil overnight on your hair and wash it off the next morning.... If you want the oil to work as a conditioner, give your hair a HOT TOWEL TREATMENT .... Dip Bath towel in hot water, squeeze out the excessive water and wrap it around your head for about 1-2 minutes...Repeat the procedure 5-6 times at once....The hot and damp towel will make sure that the oil penetrates into the scalp well......

Step 3 ---------

Make a paste of-----

PURE AMLA POWDER (Indian gooseberry )
WATER SOAKED METHIDANA PASTE ( fenugreek seed paste),
RED HIBISCUS FLOWER PASTE ,
YOGURT (sour curd/dahi ),
COCONUT MILK or VITAMIN E Capsules extract ( just piercing the capsule and use the extracts )
CINNAMON + BASIL LEAVES INFUSED WATER ( boil a stick of cinnamon and Few basil leaves(TULSI LEAVES ) with water and strain the water) and
WHOLE EGG......

Apply this paste on your scalp and hair, cover your head with a plastic shower cap or polybag.....Leave it for 1 hr then rinse well with water and use shampoo and conditioner.......This hair mask will promote hair growth...

Apply this hair pack once a week......

Step 4-----

Along with all of these , Consume nutritious food-- Milk, boiled egg, green vegetables , fresh seasonal fruits, salads, Beans, Almonds, Dates, Walnut..

Can Consume Multivitamin tablet or Biotin Tablet, but after consult with your doctor.

Drink 8 to9 glass of water everyday..

Try to avoid CHEMICAL TORTURE on your hair...

Clean your scalp properly..

Some essential oils ( rosemary,ylang ylang, clary sage,tea tree oil) are good for hair regrowth.... You can add them in your SHAMPOO or HAIR OIL or HAIR CONDITIONER to make them harmless from CHEMICALS....

Sleep ATLEAST 7hrs at night.....

Do some YOGA /EXERCISE /WALKING / PRANAYAM ......

Make sure you don't have any HORMONAL PROBLEM / THYROID PROBLEM / GAS - ACIDITY PROBLEM / IRON INSUFFICIENCY....

DON'T Comb your WET HAIR.

Use a SHOWER FILTER so you are able to wash your Hair, not only hair but also skin with CHLORINE free water. CHLORINE in the tap water is very DAMAGING to your hair and skin....
