KEEP YOUR BODY HYDRATED , TOXIN FREE AND GET FLAT TUMMY -- BY DRINKING LEMON -GINGER DETOX WATER

Ingredients are

2 Litre water
1 Medium size lemon
1 Medium size cucumber ( cut it in pieces )
Half inch sized ginger
Pinch of salt
10-15 Fresh mint leaves ( pudina ke patte )
1/4Th teaspoon sugar (optional-- I add this to make the water tasty, you can skip it)

Put cucumber, mint leaves, ginger in juicer or if you use blender then put these in blender and blend, strain the juice. Now add lemon juice, salt and sugar in it. Mix and stir well.

Add water, stir well. Your Detox water is ready. I always keep this water in my water bottle.

Drink 1 glass of this DETOX water in empty stomach every day, and drink it throughout the day, from morning to evening.

This detox water removes bad toxin from body, reduce belly fat, keep your body cool, make your skin glowing and yes it is control PMS ( Premenstrual syndrome ) .This water improve your digestive system also...

Drink this water on regular basis for 21days to get the best result. During this period try to avoid junk foods , cola, chocolates etc.
