MAKE YOUR NATURAL SHAMPOO

For medium length of hair....Ingredients are-----

10-12 Pieces of Reetha (Soap-nut)
7-8 Pieces of Shikakai
Handful of Dried Amla ( Indian Gooseberry)
Iron vessel
2 Litres water ( If you use pressure cooker then use 1 litre water)
A Fine cotton cloth to strain the mixture

Process to make shampoo-----

Remove the seeds of Reetha and Shikakai....Now pour hot water to the iron vessel and soak all the three ingredients for overnight......

Next day, boil them in slow heat, till water reduces to half......

Or can use a Pressure cooker to make the shampoo.....Pour all the these to a pressure cooker and make 3-4 whistles........If you use pressure cooker then Use just 1 Lite water ........

....Let it cool, when lukewarm mash all the Amla, Reetha and Shikakai to a pulp....

Add more warm water if required and then Strain this mixture and store it in a bottle.... This water can then be used to wash your hair.... You can even store this in fridge for about a week....But remember before use this liquid make it warm....

How to use-------

First wash your hair gently by just using plain water.

The moment the liquid touches your hair, it will seem to go all rough and entangled, the way to use this is to apply the liquid all over the hair and let it soak for 2-4 minutes before washing it all off with water..... Don’t try and massage and lather like your shampoo – your hair will just get even more entangled than ever....... Just apply the liquid generously all over wet hair hair and scalp.... Let it soak for 2-4 minutes and wash off.......Repeat the procedure for 2-3 times at once ....Remember no foam will be created until and unless the hair is clean.....

After 4 minutes, rinse very well with water and use Conditioner.......

After using this shampoo MUST USE THE CONDITIONER......

For DRY HAIR person---- Oiling your hair before use this or can massage your hair with Yogurt and leave it for 30mins and then wash off with water and use this natural shampoo.......
