Simple Remedies For Natural Glowing Skin.

Flawless, flowing skin is the embodiment of how healthy you are. The lack of a good lifestyle together with the increasing level of exposure to pollution deprives you from this dream skin. There are countless products available in the market, each one with a different claim, right from moisturizing, radiant, blemish-free, and fairness to even anti-ageing and skin whitening.

1) Honey and Lemon

The blend of these ingredients has multiple benefits, with one of the most prominent being a moisturized skin that radiates freshness. Mix honey with freshly squeezed lemon juice in equal ratios. Apply the mixture on your face and wash off with lukewarm water after 20 minutes. Both are skin lightening agents and the results are immediate. Do it twice a week to keep up that glow.

2) Oats

A natural exfoliating agent, you can use oats to add smoothness and radiance to your skin. Soak 1.2 a cup of oats in warm water until it forms a gooey paste. Apply using fingertips in circular motions and massage gently. Do this for 15 minutes, while slowly increasing the pace of your massage. Wash off with normal water with a few drops of rose-water added to it.

3) Fuller’s Earth

Multani mitti alias fuller’s earth is a gift for beautiful, healthy skin. Make a paste of Fuller’s earth with milk and honey. Apply on your face and wash off after 12 minutes with normal water for a glowing skin.

4) Coconut Oil

Massage a few drops on coconut oil onto your cheekbones for an instant glow. You can even use it to massage on your face a few minutes before taking bath. Wash off with a soap free facewash for results.

5) Turmeric

The golden-yellow powder when mixed with lemon juice and few drops of argan oil can do wonders in adding glow to your skin. Just 1 tsp of turmeric and add 5 drops of argan oil and 1 tsp of lemon juice. Apply the paste on your face and wash off with cold water after the mixture dries.

6) Sandalwood

Mix 2 tbsp of powdered sandalwood with 1 tsp honey. Add a few drops of rosewater to make it into a spreadable consistency. Apply this on your face and wash off with cold water after 15 minutes. Dab dry and follow-up with a tinted moisturizer.

7) Banana

A ripe banana is a rich source of calcium. Plus, it has skin lightening properties too. Mash a ripe banana and mix it with 2 tbsp of coconut oil. Apply on your face and wash off after 20 minutes with normal water for a hydrated, glowing skin.
