In addition to maintaining a balanced diet, there are also a number of home remedies made from natural ingredients that can help whiten your skin. These should be done regularly to obtain the best results.
Prepare a mixture of grated tomato with two or three drops of lime juice and apply it to your face. Leave it on for approximately 20 minutes and wash off. Do this twice a day if possible for 15 to 20 days.
Placing a sliced, raw potato on the skin and massaging it gently onto blemishes and red marks can help reduce them.
To help remove a tan and lighten the skin, mix oatmeal with curd and tomato juice. Massage gently onto your facial skin and leave it on for 20 minutes before washing it off with cold water.
